Questions?

General questions.

What is the Reward Allocation Policy?

Our Reward Allocation Policy ensures that you earn rewards for each product you purchase from us. These rewards can be redeemed for discounts, exclusive offers, or other benefits.

When will my rewards be credited?

Rewards for your purchase will be credited to your account 15 days after the purchase date. This waiting period allows us to confirm the transaction and process any potential returns or cancellations.

Why is there a 15-day waiting period?

The 15-day waiting period is designed to ensure fairness and transparency in the reward allocation process. It helps us verify the purchase and ensures rewards are only allocated for completed transactions.

How can I check my rewards?

You can check your rewards balance by logging into your account and navigating to the Rewards section.

What happens if I return a product?

If a product is returned within the 15-day period, rewards for that purchase will not be allocated.
